Meet our therapists

Allie Wojcik MA, LPC, Co-Owner, Director, & Therapist

  • Teenagers, Young Adults, & Adults

  • Therapy is not ‘one-size-fits-all & neither am I. As your therapist, we collaborate to establish your therapeutic goals so you are able to become the best version of yourself. I use an individualized approach through a relational lens to address & work towards your specific goals. So what does that even mean? Picture my space as a laid back environment where you can be your authentic self. From the moment you step through my door and settle into the couch, it’s all about creating a vibe where those outside pressures fade away.. Rapport between my client and I is a priority for me. I use a very modern, no BS approach, where I am going to be real with you. I’ve been you. I am you. And with that - I get you. I’m here to support you and help you whether you are seeking therapy for people pleasing tendencies, childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse, depression & anxiety, self worth issues, or simply needing someone to hold space for you to let out all the things that have been weighing on you. I’m here to listen and to understand. Reaching out for help can be scary, as there is fear in the unknown, but you got this & I’ve got you.

  • Couples, Families, Adults

  • Our families play a significant and sometimes damaging role in shaping who we are, but that does not mean we have to stay stuck in a perpetuated cycle of the same problems. Through self-awareness, education, and intentional actions, we can break free from the limitations of our family dynamics and create a more fulfilling and authentic life for ourselves.

I specialize in couple and family therapy, using systemic and attachment theory to help families in crisis. Using intense, conscious decoupling during the separation and divorce process, I have shown many couples and parents how to find an easier route out of the dark when deciding to permanently rearrange their family system. I am dedicated to supporting couples, individuals and families in uncovering unconsciously concealed, destructive cycles of trauma, abuse, addiction and depression through the use of systemic theory, CBT, BFST, EFT and IFS with a specific focus on understanding your family even if they are not in the room, through the use of a genogram. I am direct, intentional, and will be honest with you and about you in every session. No exceptions.

I aim to facilitate ongoing growth through psychoeducation, the daily art of self-awareness and ongoing support, empathy and honest reflection. My final goal is to empower individuals to enact positive changes within their family system while continuing to evolve as a highly differentiated human being, living the life they want, not one that has been dictated by a harmful family cycle. I want to help you consistently become your favorite version of yourself.

Michelle Brown, MA, LPC, Therapist

  • Preteens, Teenagers, Young Adults, and Adults

  • Starting therapy can feel very intimidating—it’s a big step to open up to someone new about your life and struggles. I want to recognize how brave it is for you to take that leap.

As your therapist, my aim is to establish a safe and supportive environment where you can freely share your challenges, successes, fears, and dreams. I approach all of my sessions with empathy, understanding, and genuine care. I'll be there to support you through this journey, ensuring you feel heard and valued every step of the way.

I admire your courage in beginning this mental health journey, and I'm committed to building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and mutual respect. My approach is client-centered, it is extremely important to me that we focus on what matters most to you, at your pace.

I understand from my own personal experience that sometimes life can be difficult and it can feel like no one hears, understands or sees you. My main goal as your therapist is to create a safe, and welcoming therapeutic environment where you always feel seen,  heard and understood.

Meghan York LCSW, Therapist

  • Individual Adults, 18+

  • Hi, I’m Meghan (she/her), and I’m SO glad you’re here. I’m a bi-racial Filipino therapist, and I care deeply about creating a space where all of your identities are seen, supported, and affirmed. I work from an anti-racist and anti-oppressive lens, and I celebrate queer and trans identities, as well as honor non-monogamous relationships. I offer a space where you can come as you are -- no need to have it all together or have it all figured out! I believe that therapy should feel like a soft place to land -- a place where you can breathe, be witnessed, and reconnect with yourself. I show up as a real person in the room with you, creating a space where all parts of you (even the tender, messy, or unsure ones) are deeply welcome.

My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to slow down and listen -- especially to the parts of us that have been carrying a lot for a long time. I lean on body-based and trauma-informed approaches like Somatic Experiencing, parts work, EMDR, and Brainspotting, but more than anything, I follow your pace. Whether you're feeling anxious, disconnected, navigating big life changes, exploring your identity, or just feeling overwhelmed, we’ll figure it out together and listen to what your body and story are asking -- with gentleness and zero pressure to fix or perform. Most of all, I care deeply that you feel safe and supported. This is a space where you don’t have to hide or shrink. A space where you can show up in your full humanity and be met with warmth, curiosity, and care.
